We love this dip as its really easy and fast to make. Its really versatile as you can use it as a dip (great for parties), spread it in a sandwich, make your fajitas come alive or simply enjoy it on its own. It has great keto macros and makes low carb living truly enjoyable.

Ingredients
1 medium avocado
1/2 chilli
1 tablespoon lime juice
30g cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons crème fraîche
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mash up the avocado
Add salt and pepper and mash
Add the crème fraîche and mix well
Add the diced up cherry tomatoes and lime juice and mix well.
Serve in your favourite dipping bowl
