120g white cheese
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground paprika
2 tablespoon crème fraîche
Use a fork to mash up the white cheese.
Add the ground paprika, olive oil and crème fraîche. Mix well.
Add the peppers and chives. Mix well.
Sprinkle on more chives as garnishing.
