Ingredients: Peanuts, shallots, garlic, dried red chillies, galangal, bay leaves, shrimp paste, lemongrass, coriander root, pepper, coriander seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, salt. May contain traces of nuts.

Quantity: Approx. 100-120g. Usually enough for about 4dl coconut milk and 4-6 servings
Shelf life (unopened): Fridge: 2-3 weeks Freezer: several weeks
Store open curry pastes in a cool place and consume within a few days (leftovers are good for marinades or to season pasta dishes)

Add your favorite Protein: At the very beginning, fry the meat (e.g. stripes of chicken/beef), fish/shrimp or plant-based protein, season with salt and pepper, keep warm and mix into the curry before serving.
