Only water & butter needed
Is there a spontaneous visitor at the door on Sunday and you don't have any cake? No problem, our baking mix already contains everything except 60 g butter and 290 g water. You are free to choose your additional favorite toppings. We developed the baking mix so that it tastes really delicious even without toppings. Therefore, sugar-free chocolate pieces are also included in the dough. Of course you can let your creativity run free and refine the brownie batter with nuts, seeds, berries or other extras of your choice.
After baking, you can decorate the brownies with sugar-free chocolate or erythritol powder and knock all your guests off their feet, but of course you too.
Sweetened with erythritol and no sugar!
Erythritol is the only one of the sugar alcohols or "polyols" that is not 100% utilized by the body. In other words, it has no calories, no usable carbohydrates and no effect on blood sugar. Officially, it has to be declared as a carbohydrate in the nutritional information, but can be subtracted entirely as the body cannot absorb it and it has 0 caloric value.
