Xucker Organic Erythritol is the ideal sweetener as part of a calorie-conscious diet and, like Xucker Light, is made from 100% erythritol. Xucker Bio Erythritol is obtained from certified organic corn. Xucker Organic Erythritol in use
It is less suitable for making jam because it crystallises there. For the production of biscuits and cakes, we recommend that the proportion by weight of Xucker Organic Erythritol should not exceed 25%. Mixed with xylitol in a 1:1 ratio, erythritol is very suitable for baking. To use as a sugar substitute: 1g Xucker Organic Erythritol = approx. 0.7g sugar.
